Bid description.

Intent:
The Yonkers Public Schools (the “District”) is seeking vendors to provide various food products at all school locations for the 2025-2026 school year. Vendors will be providing the following commodities:
− Schedule A1: FRESH BREAD
− Schedule A2: CANNED PRODUCTS
− Schedule A3: CEREAL
− Schedule A4: CHEESE
− Schedule A5: DIVERSION ITEMS
− Schedule A6: FROZEN FOODS
− Schedule A7: MEAT
− Schedule A8: MILK & MILK PRODUCTS
− Schedule A9: SNACK ITEMS
− Schedule A10: PRODUCE
All schedules for which a bid is being submitted are to be signed and returned with your bid submission.

Contract Term:
July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026

DELIVER YOUR BIDS TO:
YONKERS PURCHASING OFFICE, ONE LARKIN CENTER, 3RD FLOOR, YONKERS, NEW YORK 10701
Located in the Yonkers Riverfront Library Building across from the Metro-North train station – if delivering the bid in person, allow sufficient time to find parking and get through security.
The building is open from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM for receiving packages via courier services and in person. If delivering bids in person, individuals must see the Public Safety Officer in the library atrium, who will contact Purchasing to meet the individual at the 3rd floor elevator.
Sealed Bids will be publicly opened and read at the address above in the 3rd Floor Finance Conference Room. Please advise the buyer if you plan on attending the bid opening.
Those interested in listening to the bid opening and the reading of bids can dial Conference Call number 1-701-802-5221 and enter Access Code 1354203 when prompted. The bid opening will start promptlyat 2:00 pm. It is recommended that vendors are dialed in by 1:55 pm to hear the bid results. No questions will be answered while the bid opening is in progress.
