Our beef empanadas are made with locally sourced, freshly milled New York State flour and filled with a fully cooked blend of ground beef, red salsa, beans, corn, and cheese for a hearty, beef-anything bite wrapped in a golden crust.
Available frozen to be baked or par-baked based on customer preference. These bake and serve empanadas offer a satisfying, entrée while meeting institutional nutrition standards.

Prep instructions.
Prep Instructions Convection Oven:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Turn on the low fan.
2. Arrange frozen empanadas in a single layer on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
3. Brush with egg wash (optional). Bake for 22–26 minutes, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
