cheesy vegetarian flavor. Available frozen to be baked or par-baked based on customer preference. These empanadas offer a satisfying, meatless entrée while meeting institutional nutrition standards — proof that plant-based can be both nutritious and delicious.

Prep instructions.

Prep Instructions Convection Oven:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Turn on the low fan.
2. Arrange frozen empanadas in a single layer on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
3. Brush with egg wash (optional). Bake for 22–26 minutes, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
