1. Baked Parmesan Chicken Strips
Ingredients: Chicken strips, whole wheat breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder.
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In one bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
In another bowl, whisk eggs.
Dip chicken strips in the eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
